I have been working in this field for 10 years, and up until August of 2021, I worked in community mental health which allowed me to work with people of all ages and needs. I have experience working with children as young as 2 and adults into their 70s. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Modular Approach to Therapy for Children and Adolescents. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults mostly processing trauma, working through anxiety, depression, relationships, codependency and developing healthy boundaries. It is incredibly difficult to ask for help. Unfortunately the stigma surrounding mental health is still alive and well.
